#TeamISA had the honour of hosting Mr. Sergio Lopez at #internationalsportsacademy to share his thoughts on what makes a successful coach.
Sergio spoke to #ISA's students and members of the public about the importance of culture and values in creating a conducive training environment.
Sergio Lopez is regarded as one of the world's best swimming coaches. He is currently part of the coaching team at Auburn University and held head coaching positions at #SingaporeSwimmingAssociation and Bolles High School.
An Olympic medallist himself, he has coached many notable Olympic champions including Joseph Schooling, Kevin Cordes, Ryan Murphy, and Caleb Dressel.
