Standard PEI-Student Contract
Standard PEI-Student Contract

We are required by Council for Private Education to execute a Student Contract for every enrolment (the "ISA PEI-Student Contract"). The ISA PEI-Student Contract is a legal document which lays out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between International Sports Academy and our students. This serves to minimise future disputes.

ISA uses the Standard PEI-Student Contract provided by the Council for Private Education as published in the CPE website. You may access a copy of the Standard PEI-Student Contract here.

The ISA PEI-Student Contractcontains the following key information:

-
Course information;
-
Detailed breakdown of total fees payable by students together with exact due date for each payment instalment;
-
Refund policy; and
-
Additional information to guide students on what to do and where to go if there is a dispute with ISA and other relevant matters.

Students must understand the contract prior to enrolment. Students must also not pay any fees aside from the Application Fee prior to signing the ISA PEI-Student Contract.
Finally, during enrolment, all students will sign 2 original copies of the ISA PEI-Student Contract. The Academy will retain 1 original copy of the ISA PEI-Student Contract, while the student will retain the other original copy of the ISA PEI-Student Contract.
