Refund Policy
PASSION
Notification and Arrangement
​
The Academy shall inform students immediately within 3 working days upon knowledge of any of the following:

International Sports Academy fails to commence course on course commencement date;

International Sports Academy terminates the course for any reason prior to course commencement date;
-
International Sports Academy fails, for any reason, to complete course before course completion date;
-
International Sports Academy terminates the course prior to course completion date;
-
International Sports Academy has not ensured that the student meets the course entry or matriculation requirement as set by the organisation stated in Schedule A of the Student Contract within any stipulated timeline set by CPE; or
-
The Student’s Student Pass application is rejected by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) (See below for further details).

Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course
​
The student shall be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the student decide to withdraw, within 7 working days of the above notice.

Refund for Withdrawal Due to ICA’s Rejection of Student Pass Application
​
The refund procedure will be as follows:

Student meets the entry requirements for the course and put forward his/her application to enter into one of ISA’s programmes.

Upon successful application, ISA will issue a Letter of Offer to the Student.

With the Letter of Offer, the student will proceed to apply for the student pass with ICA.

After receiving ICA’s approval of the Student Pass application, ISA will issue the standard PEI-Student contract for the student’s execution.

ISA will proceed with collecting the fees in accordance to the schedule as set out in the standard PEI-Student contract.

Should the student’s application for a student pass be rejected by the ICA for any reason, any fees paid by the student to ISA will be refunded to the student.

Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons After Cooling-Off Period
​
If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated under the section titled “Notification and Arrangement”, ISA shall, within 7 working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the Refund Table as set out below.

Refund during Cooling-off Period​
​
The Academy shall provide the Student with a cooling-off period of 7 working days after the date that the contract has been signed by both parties. The Student will be refunded the highest percentage i.e. 100% (stated in the Refund Table above) of the fees already paid if the student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the Academy within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the student has started the course or not.

Procedure​
​
The procedure for student refund is as follow:

Student is required to fill in the Transfer / Withdrawal Form, and submit to the Manager, Student Administration and Operations.

Manager, Student Administration and Operations process the form, and determine the amount of refund, if any, is payable to the student.

The Academy shall refund the approved amount in accordance with refund table as set out under International Sports Academy’s Refund Policy within 7 working days from the date of receiving the Withdrawal / Transfer form.

Student will be notified via email on the status of the withdrawal / transfer, and for the collection of the refund, if any.
